Our IICRC Master Textile Cleaner is thoroughly familiar with the cleaning procedures needed to ensure a quality, long-lasting cleaning job on your carpets, rugs and other flooring materials. Expert spot and stain removal, pet odor decontamination, professional furniture moving and protectant application are among the complement of services in our repertoire. We routinely remove: tar, grease, oil, Kool-Aide, urine, feces, vomit, tomato and other food spots and stains, wax, gum, paint, blood, etc. We often remove stains others have failed to remove.

Whether you have, wool, DuPont Stain Master Series carpet, a polypropylene Berber, commercial level loop or a standard nylon, we are prepared to employ the proper, type-specific cleaning methods and techniques your soiling level calls for, and your carpet manufacturer recommends.

Typically, your carpet is thorough pre-vacuumed. A pre-spray follows, accompanied by agitation of the carpet pile, particularly in the traffic lanes. This loosens soiling from the fiber, enabling it to be whisked away by our powerful truck mounted extraction equipment (commonly called truck mounted steam cleaning). This extraction is typically followed by a groom raking which puts a final touch on the luster and appearance of your carpet or rug.

Then, to guard against those stains, and maintain long-life, your carpet needs to be protected with a textile protectant such as 3M Scotchgard Carpet Protector.
